The Illinois Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide a 1-year subscription of unlimited, on-demand, pre-recorded, self-paced mainframe training. The goal of this initiative is to allow 12 IDOT users to select any on-demand class, as their schedule allows. Vendors must provide on-demand classes that can be accessed at any time during the 1-year subscription. No live instruction. IDOT will pay awarded vendor directly. No subcontracting. There is no incumbent or budget. To be considered, vendors must submit a bid before the bid opening date/time via Bidbuy for 1 year subscription of unlimited, on-demand classes for 12 users/licenses. Classes shall be on-demand & private. Pricing shall be calculated per user, not per class. COBOL Programming, Job Control Language, Mainframe Databases, Mainframe Operating Systems, MVS and Mainframe Security RACF z/OS Security. See Attachments.
