VENDORS UTILIZING "IPG Active Registration Vendor Disclosures (formerly Forms B)" MUST BE REGISTERED SPECIFICALLY WITH THE ILLINOIS PROCUREMENT GATEWAY TO BE DEEMED RESPONSIVE TO THIS SOLICITATION.
