Item # 1:

The Department of Military Affairs (DMA), IL Army National Guard (ILARNG), requires a contract for the inspection / maintenance / repair and certification of all twenty-eight (28) in shop overhead cranes located at various Army and Air facilities throughout Illinois. This is necessary for the maintenance facilities across the state to repair ILARNG vehicles. The resulting contract will have a term of five (5) years from the execution of the contract. The overhead crane maintenance services covered under this agreement shall include annual certification and load testing. In the performance of this Contract, the Contractor must abide by all existing laws, codes, rules, and regulations set forth by all appropriate authorities having jurisdiction in the location where the work is to be performed. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for full description and requirements of the resulting contract, as well as location of overhead cranes.
