Rental and service of a 4-stall climate controlled typical portable toilet stall size (or greater) portable restroom trailer with ADA compliant stairs. Vendor to stock the inside of each stall twice weekly with toilet paper, handwashing soap/hand washing station, and hand sanitizer/dispenser. Vendor to provide 2 service maintenance visits each week which is not limited to but includes cleaning and sanitization of stall area, and waste pump out. Costs for delivery, pickup, service visits and relocation charges to be included in the vendor's bid. Vendor will need to invoice monthly to IDOT Financial Services at DOT.D1.FinancialService@Illinois.gov. Vendor to submit dimensions with their bid for consideration by the department. The term of this contract is 11/1/26 (or upon execution) through 5/31/27. **The Illinois Department of Public Health has specific licensing requirements for Portable Toilet Businesses** Under Section 905.135 -(a) Any Person operating in Illinois who sells, rents, leases, transports, services, cleans, sanitizes or maintains a portable toilet or portable potable hand-washing unit or pumps, transports or disposes of waste from portable toilets or portable-potable hand-washing units shall be licensed as a Portable Sanitation Business. Vendors shall be licensed per this section prior to the Bid Opening Date and should provide a copy of their license at bid. The Illinois Department of Transportation reserves the right to request a copy of this license prior to award.**
