4th Amendment: This is not a Solicitation. This Facilities Design Services Upon Request contract was advertised in Professional Services Bulletin PSB 19-1 on 7/11/19, BidBuy # 19-557THA-ENGCO-B-9352. Selection Committee results were determined on 9/4/19. The contract was awarded to AAA Engineering, LTD on 12/5/19 via board resolution 21921 in the amount of $5,000,000.00. The contract is set to expire on 12/1/26. This contract is currently providing support on multiple open construction tasks that all have completion dates scheduled for Fall of 2026. Additionally, a new design task order was recently assigned to this DUR contract with a scheduled final submittal due date in Fall of 2027. Furthermore, changes in direction by the owner have delayed multiple task orders within this DUR contract. This design contract needs to remain open to complete current tasks and provide support for on-going construction contracts. A no cost amendment extending the expiration date to 12/1/27 is recommended.
