Replace existing spill containers, and replace existing overfill drop tubes that are not to 95% shutoff spec. Submit a permit to OSFM to change sump sensors to non-regulated, to eliminate them. Parts estimated to be required: 5 gallon EVR vaport spill container with plug, remote fill overfill prevention valve vapor tight, 4" fillpipe adapter with copper lugs, top seal fuel cap, GASOILA PLS2 premium pipe dope for gasoline, alcohol blends to E-85, diesel and diesel blends. Tanks are underground and will require an area to broken out of 3'x3' max to two tanks. Install spill containment and drop tubes and re-concrete breakout area. Perform all final inspections to ensure compliance.
