The Illinois State Police (ISP) is seeking quotes for Stand-Alone Ambient Aerosol Condensation Nuclei Counting Instruments (AACNCI) for Quantitative Respirator Fit Testing for the ISP Academy. All products must come with a minimum five (5) year warranty from purchase date. Warranty must cover/include: - Calibration - Maintenance - Accessories - Shipping (round trip). The quantity listing is a projection for evaluation purposes only and is not a guarantee for minimal purchase order. All quoted prices must be valid through June 30, 2019. Furthermore, all prices must include shipping and handling charges. No prices increase will be accepted. In the event of a price decrease, the agency is guaranteed to receive the lowest price. We reserve the right to reject all offers or to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirement. Winning vendor will be selected based on low quote total. Orders must be received within 30 calendar days after receipt of the order. Vendor must agree to a partial shipment in case of a delay on the total order. All deliveries must be received at the ISP Academy, located at 3700 East Lake Shore Drive, Springfield, IL 62712.
