Illinois State Police (ISP) Academy is requesting quotes for the purchase of approximately 1365 square feet of commercial grade (high traffic) vinyl plank flooring. The flooring color requested is medium to light gray (final color will be chosen based on brand provided by winning vendor). The quantity listing is a projection for evaluation purposes only and is not a guarantee for minimal purchase order. All quoted prices must be valid through June 30, 2019. Furthermore, all prices must include shipping and handling charges. No price increase will be accepted. In the event of a price decrease, the agency is guaranteed to receive the lowest price. We reserve the right to reject all offers or to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirement. Winning vendor will be selected based on low quote total. Orders must be received within 30 calendar days after receipt of the order. Vendor must agree to a partial shipment in case of a delay on the total order. All deliveries must be received at the IL State Police Academy, located at 3700 East Lake Shore Drive, Springfield Illinois. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm; No Holiday Deliveries.

Installation costs to install approximately 1365 square feet of vinyl plank flooring. Quote to include removal of existing carpeting, surface preparation and installation of flooring and vinyl cove base. Site Visits will be available to vendors, if needed, on Tuesday, April 9th, 2019 from 8:00am to 3:00pm (CST) and on Thursday, April 11th, 2019 from 8:00am to 3:00pm (CST).
