In addition, bidders are asked to provide a breakdown of the pricing quoted in the unit price column for the cost of rental, the cost of maintenance and the cost per square foot. Please download a copy of the revised bid attachment. Section 1.3.2 of the contract is revised to omit consumable supplies from full coverage maintenance. The equipment specifications are revised (please download the revised attachment) to omit the manual sheet feeder and to revise the size of the color touch screen to a minimum of 8". The requirement for the maintenance to include parts, labor and supplies has been revised to include parts and labor. A question was asked if there are any special requirements for any of the site locations in regards to needing special equipment to access stairs or special material handling equipment. Regarding this, all site locations have adequate elevators where second floor or higher floor installation is required. No special equipment is necessary.
