Fence - NEW Material and Installation: 8' High, "Curved" at top to prevent people from entering facility, 50' East to West, 10' North to South with a 4' gate within it that can swing both ways with a lock and key. Ensure material is secured as project is underway. Include 1 year warranty for labor and manufacturer warranty on fence. In house inspection required before fence is considered completed. Provide all labor, new materials and equipment necessary for installing the fence in accordance to fence instructions at the Illinois Veterans Home-LaSalle. Remove steel 5'h fence (50'X10') and haul away. A voluntary walkthrough will be held at 1:00PM on December 5th, 2018 at Illinois Veterans' Home - LaSalle, 1015 O'Conor Ave, LaSalle, IL 61301.
