Installation of New Fence - Metal or Aluminum (chain link will not be accepted), Must be 8' in height with curved, square ends at top (no points). Fence runs 50' East to West and 10' North to South that must include a 4' gate with lock and key that can swing in both directions. Vendor is required to submit photograph of proposed fence structure and include material being used with Quote. Provide all labor, material and equipment needed to complete removal of existing fence and installation of new fence. Vendor is responsible for securing area while project is ongoing. 1 year warranty for labor and material for project. Inspection by Chief Engineer required before project is considered complete. Attached is a Map of Home showing location of fence to be constructed.
