IHDA is seeking a Master Servicer for loans originated under IHDA's single family programs. The Master Servicer will service release mortgage loans from participating lenders, pool loans into Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac mortgage backed securities and facilitate the purchase and certification of mortgage loans from IHDA's network of lenders, securitize/pool mortgage loans and transfer the pools to IHDA and/or IHDA's trustee as may be designated.
