LIQUID INDUSTRIAL CLEANER - CONCENTRATE Concentrated formula that is a Neutral pH surfactant blend designed for tough industrial cleaning applications. Must contain both non-ionic and cationic surfactants. Must contain corrosion inhibitors for safe use on all metal surfaces. N-alkyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride: >5% pH: 6.5 - 7.5 Viscosity: > 650 cps Appearance: Clear, Green Liquid Flash Point: > 200 Degrees Fahrenheit Hard Water: Stable, No clouding Water Solubility: Complete No harsh alkalies, no caustics and no HAP or Prop 65 chemicals. Product shall be packaged in 55-gallon drums. Metric bung holes are not acceptable. Product should be adequately secured to a pallet for delivery purposes and in accordance with industry standards to ensure no freezing or overheating to maintain the integrity of the product during transit.
