Options will include on-line ordering and a point of service device for Vital Records staff to process Visa/Mastercard/American Express cards. These options will be strictly at the customer's option and the customer will pay for vendor's services. This is a NO COST COST contract to the STATE. Vendor will collect fees for vital record as established by the Department of Public Health-Vital Records.
