2021 ILLINOIS IFTA Decal - PROOFS will be REQUIRED - (sets of 2 each) - sequentially numbered - 3"x3" decal - Over Lamination is NOT acceptable. All transparent ink colors required to be guaranteed for a period of 18 months. May be clear coated with a Coating Clear U10V or R101 or equivalent, which will guarantee surface exposure to the elements for a period of 18 months. A required minimum dry thickness of .0004 (04 mil) must be obtained. VENDOR NOTE: In addition to the 250,000 numbered decal sets, Vendor will be required to produce and ship with the order, 100 sets of decals without numbers. These decals must have the word "SAMPLE" in the blank space. NO over or under-runs allowed. Color Green as specified to match Sunfast inks using Pantone 354C. Numbering 1/4" Black to begin with 000001 through 250000 (2 decals per number) - NOTE: NO skips, NO blanks, NO over/under runs. Vendor required to deliver stack boxes in 'reverse order' with largest number on top and smallest numbers on the bottom.
