The Illinois State Police (ISP) is seeking to purchase one (1) fully functional Air Brake Training Simulator Board Display which must be delivered pre-assembled on boards with stands knocked down flat as indicated in the diagram specification and picture attached. All items must be equivalent, or better than specifications listed. Buyer reserves the right to determine equivalency. All quotes must be valid for a minimum of 90 days. Deliveries are due within 60 days of contract execution unless otherwise mutually agreed to by ISP and the vendor, but not later than June 1, 2020. FOB Destination (801 S. 7th St. Suite 200-N, Springfield, Il 62703) contact Tpr. Scott Lanthrip 618-830-6013 when items will be processed for delivery. Shipping cost must be included in vendor pricing.**** Bidders MUST provide with their bid submission a specification sheet or other suitable documentation which shall include, at a minimum: brand name; model name; and specifications for the [products, usually] quoted. This must be of sufficient detail to enable ISP to determine whether the products offered to ISP meet our requirements as stated in this Bid.
