The Illinois State Police has a need to procure six (6) interview recording systems at six (6) locations. Please refer to the attached minimum specifications and installation locations listings for further information. Vendors submitting bids shall provide the manufacturer and models of all video and recording equipment being quoted to ensure equipment meets minimum specifications. Additionally, SITE VISITS ARE MANDATORY. Dates have been scheduled at each location for prospective bidders to inspect the installation sites. Please refer to the installation locations listing attached for these dates and times. Due to social distancing regulations prospective bidders will need to schedule an appointment with the contact for each location. Bids shall only be submitted by vendors who have completed a site visit for the location they are bidding. Bids will be awarded to the lowest bidder for each location.
