Specifications have changed for clarification:
The Illinois Department of Transportation is soliciting quotes for Twenty minute road flares with a wire stand. The Department desires 560 cases that should have 72 units in each case. However, the number of cases and units per case may vary, but it is preferred to not exceed 72 units per case. Total flares shall be 40,320. Pricing is based on cost per flare and is all inclusive which means the unit cost shall also include shipping Item 1 1. Quantity changed from "560.00000" to "40320.0". 2. Description changed from "The Illinois Department of Transportation is soliciting quotes for Twenty minute road flares with a wire stand. We need 560 cases that should have 72 units in each case.
