Must allow connection to a printer and personal computer (bid should NOT include printer or personal computer). Machine will have the same or better features than the Canon Microfilm Scanner 350. Vendor must attach specification sheets with their quote. Upon request of the agency, vendor must provide evidence that they are an authorized reseller or distributor. Must have original equipment warranty or manufacturer warranty. VENDOR MUST PROVIDE QUOTE FOR LINE ITEMS 1, 3 and 4 TO BE DEEMED RESPONSIVE.
