purchase and install new Kardex Lektriever that will store the current bins used for storage, include cost to remove the three (3) existing Kardex Kardeveyor systems, training for DHS staff on the operation of the new equipment, and two (2) years of scheduled maintenance (6 months, 12 months, 18months) with a two (2) year parts and labor warranty. Specifics: one (1) Lektriever 115-1114W, 100.4" tall x 116.02" wide x 36.42" deep, 22 shelves measuring 101.37" wide x 12.6" deep with maximum capacity of 146 lbs. per shelf, Full width light above access opening, Standing 39.4" work surface height, Matchbox TO controller, Safety Light Curtain, Manual Bi-Parting Doors with Key Lock. Lead Time is 12-14 weeks. Kardeveyor Removal and Lektriever Installation. Specific: Installation of one (1) Lektriever. Vendor will provide forklift and dumpster for dunnage disposal and will unload trailer at dock level. DHS staff will unload DVDs/microfiche/files/bins from Kardeveyors and load into Lektrievers
