Asphalt, HFP, Polymer Modified, Emulsified, Anionic High Float, as per Section 1032.06 (F) in the Standard Specification for Road & Bridge Construction-Adopted April 1, 2016. Vendor must be certified with the Illinois Department of Transportation Bureau of Materials. We request one full load (6000 gallons) to be delivered and split between our Tuscola and Towanda storages. Contact Ben Zumbahlen with questions regarding the product or delivery (217) 251-0534. If this PO is over $20,000 please do not fulfill this order until you have received a fully signed and executed contract. An IDOT representative will email a contract for signature. Once IDOT has returned the contract with all parties required signature, please fulfill PO.
