This amendment is issued to cancel this solicitation in its entirety per Administrative Code Title 44 Section 1.2040 C) 1) A). Procurement Code 30 ILCS 500/20-10 (g). Vendor did not submit a bid that conforms in all material respects to the invitation for bid per section A.22.1. All remaining bids are in excess of budgeted funds.
