District 1, Schaumburg, currently has an Avigilon Video Security System and this new purchased system must be compatible with the District 1 Schaumburg system & the District 1 ETP systems. The procurement is brand specific, Vendor shall be responsible for providing Avigilon Video Security System and installing the system in accordance to manufacturer instructions. The Department estimates the following Avigilon Video Security Management System equipment to be required for this procurement: EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE: (1) Avigilon Network Video Server/ 18TB HDD/ RAID 5/ Windows 10; (1) Avigilon 8-Count Enterprise IP Software License; (1) Avigilon 4-Count Enterprise IP Software License; (3) Avigilon 24.0 Megapixel 270degree multi lens cameras; (1) Avigilon 24MP 180 degree multi lens camera; (3) Avigilon corner mounts for multi lens cameras; (4) Avigilon wall mounts for multi lens cameras; (4) Avigilon dome covers for multi lens cameras; (4) Avigilon IR illuminator rings for multi lens dome cameras Junction Box for Bullet Camera; (4) Avigilon PoE++ Injector/ 60W for multi lens cameras; (1) Avigilon 3.0MP exterior dome camera; (4) Avigilon 8.0MP bullet cameras; (4) Avigilon back boxes for bullet cameras; (2) Avigilon 2.0MP interior dome cameras; (1) Ubiquiti Edge Switch 16-Port PoE Switch 150W; (1) Cat6 Cable and Cabling Accessories; LABOR Network Video Server Installation and Programming; Camera Cabling Installation and Configuration; PoE Switch Installation Software Installation Programming and Training; WARRANTY Vendor shall provide and service the equipment in accordance to the manufacturer warranty. The Department shall be the sole authority of whether the Avigilon Video Security Management System has been completed and fully operation in accordance to the Department satisfaction. The Vendor shall provide an all inclusive price to include all costs to the Department. The Vendor should submit Vendor Proposal as an attachment in Bid Buy. Prevailing Wage will apply to this contract: As a condition of receiving payment Vendor must (i) be in compliance with the contract, (ii) pay its employees prevailing wages when required by law, (iii) pay its suppliers and subcontractors according to the terms of their respective contracts, and (iv) provide lien waivers to the State upon request. Examples of prevailing wage categories include public works, printing, janitorial, window washing, building and grounds services, site technician services, natural resource services, security guard and food services. The prevailing wages are revised by the Illinois Department of Labor (DOL) and are available on DOL's official website, which shall be deemed proper notification of any rate changes under this subsection.
