The Illinois Secretary of State is seeking vendors to provide quotes for an estimated fifty (50) Fujitsu N7100 Network Scanners, or approved equivalent, with an additional two (2) year warranty included after original manufacturer warranty expires. All equipment must be new. Refurbished or used equipment will not be accepted. This is a re-bid opportunity for network scanners.

Section 1.2.2 reads: Required Warranty: The total warranty for the life of the scanner should equal 3 years. Vendors should list the price of $0 if the scanner automatically comes with a 3 year warranty. The line item for warranty pricing is only if there is not a total of 3 years. For example, if the proposed scanner has a one-year warranty, the vendor must provide a cost for two additional years.
