This addendum contains an attachment (BEP ADDENDUM for 22-427DES-ADMIN-B-27343 BEP Facilitation document) that is added by the State Purchasing Officer to provide potential prime contractors with a list of BEP certified firms who have expressed interest in providing subcontracting services. This may assist potential prime contractors in meeting the BEP goal in this solicitation. This may not be an exhaustive list of BEP firms registered in these NIGP codes, but are the firms that responded to communication designed to identify those interested in subcontracting and being added to this addendum. Pursuant to Section 1.2040 of the Administrative Rules for CPO General Services, this RFP is being cancelled due to ambiguous pricing requirements and did not provide for consideration of all factors of significance to the State. This solicitation may be offered at a later date.
