The Illinois Department of Human Services is seeking a hotel to host the Food and Nutrition Services Midwest Partners in Performance Improvement (MPPI) conference to be held in July or August 2023. Requirements: * Location must be within Cook County *Must provide 7 rooms to serve as a meeting space for each state on the first afternoon of the conference * Must provide a ballroom capable of holding 300-500 attendees (round tables with skirting, stage, and podium) *Must display on the stage in the ballroom, flags for the United States of America and the State of Illinois. *Must display provide meeting space for the Monday afternoon of conference (hollow square seating) *Must provide Audio/Visual in ballroom and each meeting room, with record capability and in each break-out room on Tuesday and Wednesday of the conference. *Must provide 12-17 break-out rooms (capable of seating 50-125 attendees in classroom style) *Must provide Hospitality suite throughout event. This room will need 4-6 banquet tables with skirting *Must provide a block of rooms for 30 on the Monday night prior to the conference *Must provide a block of 300-500 rooms for two nights of during conference (Tuesday and Wednesday) *The lodging rate must be offered at current state rate for State of Illinois attendees with direct bill (list of attendees will be provided *The lodging rate must be offered at current federal rate for out of state attendees (list of attendees will be provided) *Must provided registration space on Tuesday *Must provide catering services for breakfast and lunch (price to be negotiated in a separate bid)
