This Bid replaces B-28540 which was cancelled in BidBuy due to all otherwise acceptable bids or proposals received are at clearly unreasonable prices. Construct a concrete slab on grade 40'x80'x8" to be used for semi-tractor/trailer use. Install minimum 18" 40ft long concrete or galvanized steel culvert for drainage, all formwork and removal of formwork, subgrade and subbase to IDOT specifications for road and bridge construction. See the attached RFQ for more details.
