The Illinois Law Enforcement Training & Standards Board is seeking audio equipment and services to supply its Board meetings on December 8th and 9th of 2021 in Bloomington at a hotel / conference facility. Subcommittee meetings begin at 1pm on December 8, 2021 and the full Board meeting begins at 9am on December 9, 2021. The event is expected to conclude by noon on December 9th. The Board requires the following services in connection with these meetings: The room will be set up with a U-shaped dais seating 21, and will include a center podium for guests to address the Board members. At least 12 table -top microphones and the appropriate speaker system must be provided at the U-shaped tables to amplify the voices of Board members and any podium speakers so that they can be heard by all in attendance. A projection screen measuring at least 120 inches diagonally must be provided. These A/V services must be capable of integrating with web streaming options and should have the option of creating a digital audio recording. Board is willing to provide applicable credit applications and tax-exempt documentation upon request. Provider shall not require a deposit and must provide a direct bill after services are rendered.
