The Office of the Secretary of State is seeking proposals from multiple vendors to implement and operate a multiple vendor based electronic lien and title program in Illinois. Vendors will be responsible for all aspects of the program, including registering lenders, receiving, and holding title records, as well as maintaining transactional capabilities necessary for correcting and updating titles records.
