IMPLEMENTATION (execution est. within first 180 days after contract starts): Solution costs includes, but is not limited to, the design, development, document, building, testing, training, execution, launch, and fully established implementation of the enhanced S2S solution. Regulatory portal for State users. Business portal for Licensee users. Consumer portal for public access. Data conversion and migration from legacy system to new solution. Payments for this line item will be divided up in the following manner: 25% due after contract start, 50% due after user acceptance testing and launch, 25% due after solution is fully implemented and ready to transition to monthly Maintenance, Training, and Resource Pool terms.
