Please note the following clarification around pricing:
1. The Daily Rate is an all-in total daily cost to have a full team onsite.
2. The Hourly Rate is the offsite rate per person, per hour.

IDHS is cancelling this solicitation under 44 Ill. Admin. Section 1.2040 because prices exceed available funds and it would not be appropriate to adjust quantities to come within available funds. There is no plan to resolicit.
