Procure a vendor to provide training services for a virtual on-line Learning Management System (LMS) accessible across the State for up to seventy thousand (70,000) Illinois learners. The Vendor shall provide tracking capabilities which are consistent with HIPPA, the Mental Health Confidentiality Act and all applicable privacy acts. Initial Term commences upon full execution of contract through 24 months (2 years). Trainings must cover the following four priority areas; 1) Identify Service Members, Veterans, and their Families (SMVF) and screening for Suicide Risk. 2) Promoting Connectedness and Improving Care Transitions 3) Lethal Means Safety and Safety Planning 4) Illinois Sponsorship for Service Members separating from the Military Service Please refer to the complete list of requirements, milestones, and deliverables outlined in the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) document. Vendor must be able to provide all components within designated timeframe in order to be eligible for contract award.
