In accordance with section 30 ILCS 500/20-40 of the procurement code and 44 ILAC 1.2040 (b)(1)(G) of admin rules, The Illinois Department of Agriculture, Weights and Measures solicitation for the Hoist is cancelled. An opportunity will be given to compete on any re-solicitation or any future procurements of similar supplies or services.
