Purchase Shall Include Ink, Cylinder Drum, Master Roll, etc. Minimum of One (1) Year Warranty. Please Include Proposed Duplicator Specifications with Bid. Shall Print No Less Than 120-150 Copies per Minute; 600 dpi scanning and printing; Paper Sizes Up-To Legal (8.5" x 14") or Larger; Must have document feeder on top; Heavy Load Paper Feeder of 1000 Sheets or More. Equal or better than SD375.

Year One (1) - All materials provided by the Vendor shall be new, unless otherwise stipulated, and compliant with applicable manufacturer's specifications. Replacement arts and other materials may be billed at Vendor's invoiced cost. Ink and master rolls shall also be included. The Vendor shall provide copies of material suppliers' invoices to verify costs.

Initial Term Year One (1) - Regular Hourly Rate for maintenance. Unit of measure will be hourly and the number will be annual estimated hours. Approximately 10 hours per year. Normal workday will be Monday through Friday less holidays between 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Any services requested by the facility to be performed outside of these timeframes will be reimbursed at an established overtime rate.
