Amendment to cancel bid. Per JCAR Section 1.2040 (b)(1)(E) the solicitation did not provide for consideration of all factors of significance to the State. There was a new NIGP code used in the solicitation which was not factored into the original BEP goal-setting form. This IFB solicitation will be canceled and will be bid out at a later date.
