Item Information

Item # 1:

The Illinois State Police (ISP) intends to procure a one (1) year contract for janitorial services at the Division of Forensic Science Lab located at 1941 W. Roosevelt Road, Chicago IL 60608. ISP is seeking janitorial/custodial services for the care and maintenance of the facility, consisting of 88,00 square feet of space. This facility contains the laboratory consists of 4 floors with 3 floors occupied by office, common and laboratory spaces. Service is required requested for five (5) days per week (Monday through Friday) between the hours of 8am and 5pm.. Hours will be tracked via a sign in and out attendance sheets. Vendor will have the option of specific hours worked starting no earlier than 8am and ending no later than 5 pm. The ISP will provide necessary cleaning supplies, restock materials and equipment. Cook County prevailing wage is applicable. Quotes submitted must include travel costs. Bid will be awarded to lowest bidding vendor. Individuals selected to fulfill this role will be subject to a fingerprint based criminal history record information check. Individuals that fail to comply with this requirement will not be permitted within the facility
